Getting started

  1. 1.Install Juvv Hire from the Shopify App Store
  2. 2.Grant the required app permissions
  3. 3.Open the Juvv Hire dashboard from your Shopify admin

Add a careers page to your theme

  1. 1.Go to Online Store > Themes in your Shopify admin
  2. 2.Click Customize on your active theme
  3. 3.In the theme editor, add the Juvv Hire careers page section
  4. 4.Publish the changes to make the careers page live on your storefront

Create a job

  1. 1.From the Juvv Hire dashboard, click New job
  2. 2.Fill in the job title, description, location, and employment type
  3. 3.Set the job to Active to publish it on your careers page
  4. 4.Jobs can be paused or closed at any time

Manage candidates

  1. 1.Open the Candidates section in the Juvv Hire dashboard
  2. 2.Each application shows the applicant's name, contact info, and the job they applied for
  3. 3.Update the application status (New, Reviewed, Shortlisted, Rejected)
  4. 4.Add internal notes to each application

Resume uploads

  1. 1.Candidates can optionally attach a resume or CV when applying
  2. 2.Uploaded files are stored securely using Cloudflare R2
  3. 3.Download resumes from the candidate detail view in the dashboard
  4. 4.Files are only accessible to you as the merchant

Email notifications

  1. 1.When a candidate applies, they receive an automatic confirmation email
  2. 2.You receive a notification email when a new application is submitted
  3. 3.Emails are sent via Resend using the jobs@mail.juvv.app sender address
  4. 4.Candidate reply-to emails go to your configured address

Troubleshooting

  1. 1.If the careers page does not appear, check that the theme extension is enabled in the theme editor
  2. 2.If emails are not arriving, check your spam folder
  3. 3.If file uploads fail, check that the file is a supported format (PDF, DOC, DOCX) and under 5 MB
